主持临床药学获2016年上海市卫计委重要薄弱学科和2019年上海市卫生健康委腾飞计划-展两翼重点学科。主持完成包括 “十一五”重大新药创制专项“综合性新药研究开发技术大平台—临床前药物代谢动力学技术平台”、“十二五”“军队特需药品药物分析与质量控制技术平台”建设和美国比尔及梅林达•盖茨基金、科技部“重大新药创制”专项、科技部863项目、科技部国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金项目以及中药现代化研究与创新药物代谢与动力学研究项目等50余项。
目前已主持完成新药研发包括药物制剂生物利用度评价、临床药代动力学研究、临床前药物代谢与动力学分析等80余项;获新药证书10余项:化学一类新药阿德福韦酯获得了国家新药证书,化学一类新药艾迪康唑乳剂、吡拉格雷钠注射液、注射用吗利福肽、注射用奥美克松钠、注射用头孢他美钠、赛拉瑞韦钾片和中药一类新药虎杖苷注射液、丹参素钠注射液取得了新药临床研究批文。研究成果获国家发明专利10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在J Proteome Res、Toxicology、Anal Chim Acta、Anal Bioanal Chem、Talanta、J Chromatogr A、J Chromatogr B、J Pharm Biomed Anal等国际杂志发表SCI论文130余篇,主编、副主编药学教材及学术著作10余部,培养博士与硕士研究生60余名。
