一、个人简介

夏红梅,教授, 南京大学生命科学院生物学博士。长期从事细胞生物学、分子药理学、生物药物分析、功能性食品等相关的教学和科研工作。任合肥市药学会中药专业委员会常务委员。

主要研究包括肿瘤、炎症、心血管等疾病的发病和干预机制;中药材中次生代谢产物的基因调控机制;载运药物、中药有效成分、蛋白质、基因(siRNADNA)的脂质体和外泌体及经修饰的脂质体和外泌体(CD44ICAM-1等抗体修饰)、脂质体凝胶、脂质体和外泌体融合体等各种新型药物载体的组织和器官靶向治疗,特别注重于脑靶向、皮肤靶向、肝靶向等靶向药物的筛选及其跨血脑屏障、皮肤屏障、细胞膜屏障等载药系统的不断摸索和完善。

3CD44抗体修饰的多西紫杉醇纳米脂质体主动靶向抑制乳腺癌干细胞的分子机制研究,安徽省自然基金面上项目主持。

4) 治疗中风的黄芎抗栓胶囊深度开发研究,康缘中医药科技创新基金,主持。

5)丹皮酚皮肤靶向纳米脂质体凝胶的制备和抑制黑色素合成作用的研究,安徽中医学院自然科学基金重点项目,主持。

6)槲皮素抗氧化生物活性研究,企业委托研发类课题,主持。

7)高效调控紫草药用天然产物合成相关miRNA的发掘及其分子机制研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目,参加。
