一、个人简历
周安，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，博士后合作导师，现任安徽中医药大学人事处（教师工作部）副处长（副部长）。美国匹兹堡大学药学院访问学者，食药用菌功能活性与资源利用安徽省联合共建学科重点实验室主任，安徽省高端人才引育行动计划领军人才特聘教授，庐州产业创新团队带头人。兼任中华中医药学会中药分析委员会委员,安徽省色谱分析学会医药色谱专业委员会委员，安徽高校分析测试研究会理事，担任Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis、Traditional Medicine Research 、Acta Materia Medica,Separations，陕西中医药大学学报、现代中医药等期刊编委、青年编委等。
二、教学科研情况（包括主要在研课题、获奖成果等）
主要承担《药物分析学》《体内药物与毒物分析》《科研伦理与学术规范》等课程的教学工作。近年作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金 2 项，安徽高校省级自然科学研究重大项目、国家中医药管理局委托专项等省部级课题 5 项，庐州产业创新团队项目1项，企业横向委托开发项目 10余项，安徽省高等学校省级质量工程重点项目2项。以第一或通讯作者在Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis、Redox Biology、Phytomedicine等中医药领域期刊发表论文90余篇，其中SCI收录40余篇。获得安徽省自然科学技术二等奖1项，安徽省科学技术进步二等奖1项，安徽省教学成果二等奖2项，申请国家发明专利11项，授权5项。

2012年开始指导硕士研究生，现指导硕士研究生35名，博士研究生1名，已毕业获硕士学位27人。
