一、个人简历
梁娟,女,1983年9月出生,副教授,博士,药学院食品与生物制药系主任,中药学硕士生导师。中国儿童成长与特殊食品专业委员会主任委员,安徽省药理学会抗炎免疫药理学专业委员会委员,主要研究方向为药用植物多糖的生物活性及其作用机制,以食药同源类物质为主要原料的大健康产品的研发。

(1)安徽省高等学校自然科学研究项目重点项目:基于体内外消化酵解特性研究黄精多糖改善肥胖的作用机制安徽省教育厅,2023.05-2025.05,主持人,经费10万。
