一、个人简历
苏明智，副研究员，硕士生导师，就职于烟台新药创制山东省实验室/中科环渤海（烟台）药物高等研究院。博士毕业于韩国釜山大学药学院。2017-2019年在韩国釜山大学药学院进行博士后研究，海外留学期间一直从事海洋天然产物的结构、衍生物合成以及生物活性研究工作。回国后加入我国知名海洋天然产物研究团队——郭跃伟课题组。主要研究方向为海洋无脊椎动物中生物活性成分的化学研究、海洋后鳃亚纲软体生物及其食源生物的化学及化学生态学研究，以及基于功能导向的活性天然产物合成和结构改造，在Eur. J. Med. Chem., J. Org. Chem.等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项，2023年获得贵州省药学科学技术一等奖。

1. 2022.01-2025.12，新型ROR1抑制剂的设计合成及其克服非小细胞肺癌EGFR-TKI耐药的作用机制研究，国家自然科学基金，项目负责人；
2. 2023.01-2025.12，逆转非小细胞肺癌耐药的海洋来源活性分子的高效发现，山东省实验室专项项目（子课题），第二参与人；
3. 2021.11-2023.10 海洋天然产物中逆转非小细胞肺癌EGFR-TKI耐药的活性分子发掘，中科环渤海（烟台）药物高等研究院自主部署项目，第二参与人；
4. 逆转非小细胞肺癌EGFR-TKI耐药的新型PI3Kα/BET双靶点抑制剂的设计、合成及其作用机制的研究，贵州省高层次留学人才创新创业择优资助项目，第二参与人。
获奖成果：
2023年获得贵州省药学科学技术一等奖，同年获得烟台市直机关优秀共产党员荣誉称号。
