
一、个人简历
程春松,博士,研究员,男,1987年生,江西省双千领军人才、江西省海外紧缺人才、中组部西部之光访问学者,任中国科学院庐山植物园传统中药研究组课题组长,庐山植物园山南分园主任,中药资源可持续利用江西省重点实验室(庐山植物园)主任,九江市杏林中医药重点实验室主任,庐山杏林中药植物研究所所长,德安县经济植物研究所所长,2023-2024年期间挂职庐山市农业农村局党委委员、副局长,庐山市政协委员;九江学院兼职教授,南昌大学、安徽中医药大学、遵义医学院珠海校区硕士生导师,博士后合作导师,江西省中药材GAP专家,江西省中药饮片安全性、有效性咨询专家,江西省中药饮片炮制规范评审委员会成员,江西省林学会常委。毕业于澳门科技大学中药学专业,从事中药资源和中药质量研究,聚焦于跨纬度收集药用植物资源,开展大格局遗传水平定向育种。近年来承担国家自然基金、江西省重点研发专项、江西省揭榜挂帅重点项目、江西省发改委、江西省科技特派团、九江市重点创新团队项目、九江市卫计委重点研发计划等纵向项目20余项,在中药质量控制等领域的高水平传统学术期刊 Food Chemistry、npj Science of Food、Chinese journal of natural medicines、Biochemical pharmacology,中国中药杂志、中草药杂志等发表期刊论文 80 余篇,其中第一作者、共同第一作者或者通讯,发表SCI论文30余篇,中文核心期刊10余篇。

四、主要研究方向,研究生带教情况
1. 中药资源与鉴定:大格局跨纬度全面收集优质野生中药资源,实施道地药材野生珍贵遗传资源的迁地保护战略;从植物表型、药材性状、化学特征、分子遗传信息等多维度开发药用植物、中药资源、中药材、中药产品的快速鉴别和质量评估技术。立足国家植物园体系和庐山植物园“一山一水”两栖生态格局,开展中药植物在科属水平的跨地区适应性种植和表型建成机制研究。
2. 大宗药材遗传育种:构建专类种质资源圃,广泛收集特定科属的大宗药材野生或农家型种质资源,开展同质园栽培和物候观察;开展野生中药植物居群的遗传进化和地理谱系研究;通过野生优势种、自然杂交种、同质园栽培园艺品种的发现和开发,并通过构建人工突变体库、基因组测序、QTLs分析、杂交育种、基因编辑等技术手段实现中药种业的迭代创新。
3. 中药新药新材料研发:广泛关注传统中药材科属植物次生代谢小分子化合物,利用网络药理学、计算机药物设计、药理学、分子生物学等技术手段开展中药活血止血双向药理新机制研究,并在中药新药、新原料、新食用资源等方向实现突破。
4. 林下经济与中药植物产业化:长期聚焦中药资源与质量研究,立足江西大山大江大湖,针对江西本土大宗药材,实行“研究一批、储备一批、开发一批”研究策略,建议了包括环庐山万亩林下中药植物生态种植、环鄱阳湖万亩泽泻套种、庐山沙山万亩甘草生态种植为依托的林下经济与中草药产业链架构,借庐山中药研究院创建之机,逐步推动以特色旅游产品为市场化目标的集中药生态种植、提取加工、工业生产为一体的庐山特色中药植物产业化发展之路。目前,课题组支撑传统企业向资源增长型企业转化,已成功推动了一家省属林业龙头企业的成功申报,所开发的庐山仙灵脾、参葛饮子等特色旅游产品,在庐山国家风景名胜区各接待酒店广泛布点,并在中国农垦丰收节和中国农产品博览会亮相,深受社会各界赞许。
